We are thrilled to invite you to our upcoming Forge Leadership Cohort, focusing on Unlocking Transformational Leadership on May 30-31.

This cohort offers a unique opportunity to engage in action-based learning and collaborative inquiry. Imagine forging deeper relationships and gaining insights alongside trusted peers dedicated to creating a meaningful and resilient future for their teams and organizations

What are Forge Leadership Cohorts?

If you’re like most leaders, you are running hard and fast! Many men today are searching for a deeper understanding of their identity and leadership, both personally and professionally. The Forge Leadership Cohort approach allows participants to explore their masculine identity through a blend of spiritual principles and real-world leadership challenges.

The Forge Leadership Cohort focuses on developing balanced leaders who embody spiritual maturity, emotional resilience, and professional effectiveness, while also embracing healthy Biblical masculinity.

  • Integration of David's Leadership Journey: We will Explore the life of David as a leader, focusing on strength, courage, and vulnerability. David’s journey serves as a model for how masculine identity can align with spiritual and professional leadership.

  • Masculine Development: We will delve into themes of authentic masculinity, including emotional depth, strength, and purpose. Leaders will be encouraged to grow in their understanding of what it means to lead from a place of healthy masculinity.

  • Blended Framework: We will utilize the Heart, Soul, Mind, and Strength™ framework to cultivate alignment between spiritual values and professional leadership growth.

  • Strategic Leadership Challenges: We will address both personal and organizational challenges, providing a pathway for leaders to sharpen their leadership skills while integrating their spiritual and masculine identity.

JD Small

Over the last fifteen years JD has worked in lots of fields from the oilfields of West Texas, to Summer Camps in the Rocky Mountains, to churches, non-profits, consulting, construction and dabling in running a gym. Always finding the joy in working with people and teams JD completed his master’s degree in Executive Leadership and Organizational Development.

JD Small is a faith-driven strategist and seasoned leader who merges spiritual grit with practical leadership. As a pastor, coach, and CEO, he champions the growth of men, teams, and organizations through clarity, challenge, and culture. With a focus on six core pillars — Faith, Family, Fitness, Finance, Friendships, and Fun — JD empowers others to build lives of purpose, resilience, and eternal impact.


Dr. Rob Murray
Hailing from Cape Town, South Africa, Rob moved to the United States in 2002 and over the last twenty years, he has worked at the intersection of Business Leadership, Faith, and Social Justice. This journey led him to complete a master’s degree in social & civic entrepreneurship, and a doctorate of transformational leadership.

As a co-founder and CEO of Transformed Leader, Rob fosters a deep passion for developing transformative resources and approaches that systemically help coaches, leaders, and teams engage deep change strategies, both personally and professionally for themselves and those they serve.
